Booking Cancellation

You can request a cancellation for most bookings directly from your account dashboard. Cancellation terms and any applicable refunds depend on the service provider and the timing of your request.

How to cancel

• Sign in and open your dashboard
• Go to "My Bookings" and select the reservation
• Choose "Cancel" and confirm your request

Refunds

Where a refund applies, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
